The MoMA Design Store accepts returns for most items in their original condition and packaging within 90 days of purchase. Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with every curated piece you bring into your home.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original product packaging and include the provided packing slip to ensure accurate processing.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid UPS return shipping label generated by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your shipping box.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
